Two of Chicago's nationally famous vegetarian restaurants will be presenting food demonstrations at Veggie Fest: Chicago Diner, recipient of many awards, including one from the Vegetarian Times; and Karyn's two restaurants, one serving raw and the other cooked food, featured on the Today Show just this past January.
